Terms of Service

By accessing or using RbPkr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

RbPkr is a web-based Texas Hold'em app for playing poker with your friends on the go. For a home game, it works best as a virtual dealer, shuffling, dealing, and running the game so new players don't have to deal with that pressure, and so there's never a misdeal. Use RbPkr's own in-app chips and pot to run the whole game, or bring your own physical chips and switch to cards-only mode, where it just deals the cards and keeps track of whose turn it is.

To create an account on RbPkr, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide a valid email address
• Create a secure password
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You can also join a table as a guest without an account, with the limitations described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use RbPkr for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service, outside of RbPkr's own built-in bot players
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

RbPkr deals the cards and enforces betting for standard tables; players are responsible for:

• Managing their own chips within the game
• Maintaining fair play and sportsmanship
• Resolving any disagreements about how a hand played out

We are not responsible for disputes between players or any losses incurred during gameplay.

RbPkr is currently free to use. We plan to introduce optional paid features in the future. If and when we do, payments will be processed through our payment processor, Stripe, and unless required by law, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. This section will be updated with specifics once paid features actually launch.

We strive to keep RbPkr available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

RbPkr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

RbPkr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RbPkr, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of RbPkr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
