Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RbPkr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

RbPkr is a web-based Texas Hold'em card dealing tool designed for in-person home poker games. The service deals virtual cards to players' devices and displays community cards on a shared screen. RbPkr does not facilitate online gambling, real-money wagering, or remote play.

Account Registration

To use RbPkr, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Create a secure password
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RbPkr for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Game Rules and Fair Play

RbPkr is a dealing tool only. Players are responsible for:

  • Managing their own chips and betting
  • Following the rules of Texas Hold'em
  • Maintaining fair play and sportsmanship
  • Any agreements made between players regarding stakes

We are not responsible for disputes between players or any losses incurred during gameplay.

Payments and Refunds

Games start with 50 free hands. Additional hands can be purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Purchased hands remain available as long as your game room exists.

Service Availability

We strive to keep RbPkr available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

RbPkr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RbPkr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RbPkr, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of RbPkr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
