RbPkr ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Texas Hold'em dealing service.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (for account verification and password recovery)
• Username (visible to other players in your games)
• Password (stored securely using industry-standard hashing, never in plain text)

You can also join a table as a guest, with just a display name and no email or password. A guest session is tied to the browser that created it and isn't stored the same way a real account is.

Game Data

We store game-related information including:

• Table room codes and settings
• Seats, hands played, and other in-game activity
• Chat or chip-request activity within a table

Automatically Collected Information

When you use RbPkr, we automatically collect:

• Session data (to keep you signed in)
• Basic usage information (pages visited, features used)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the RbPkr service
• Allow you to create, join, and participate in poker games
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• Process payments, for any features we offer on a paid basis
• Improve our service based on usage patterns

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in these circumstances:

• With payment processors (Stripe) to complete any purchases
• With email service providers (Mailgun) to send transactional emails
• If required by law or to protect our rights

RbPkr is currently free to use. We plan to introduce optional paid features in the future. If and when we do, any payments will be processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe, and we will never see or store your full card details ourselves. This policy will be updated with specifics once paid features actually launch.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text
• All connections use HTTPS encryption
• Session data is stored securely server-side

We retain your account information as long as your account is active. A table with no activity for 24 hours or more is deleted automatically, along with its game data, to free up its room code for reuse. A table with a hand in progress or players still acting is left alone.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled while using RbPkr.
